Returns and refunds

Tosh Dash is built in small batches, and we put our effort into fixing problems rather than processing returns. For that reason we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds — not for a change of mind, an order placed by mistake, or a display that turns out not to suit your setup. Please read the specifications and make sure you are comfortable wiring it to your VESC before you order.

What we do guarantee

Your Tosh Dash will not be dead on arrival. If it is, or if it was damaged in transit, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right. The details are in our Warranty Policy. Because Tosh Dash connects to a VESC-based controller, how it is installed and used is entirely up to you; faults caused by installation, wiring or third-party firmware are not covered.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. As long as your parcel has not been handed to the carrier, we can cancel the order. Once it has shipped, the sale is final.

Shipping

We ship from Germany with DHL. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; delays at the carrier or at customs are outside our control. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders to destinations outside the European Union are shipped with duties unpaid. You are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in your country; we do not pay them and cannot predict them.

If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid, the delivery was refused or it was not collected, you agree that we may charge you the reasonable costs of the return, storage and any redelivery.

Address and delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping is at your expense. Once the carrier has recorded the parcel as delivered, we are not responsible for its loss or theft from your property.
