Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

toshdash.com is operated by Slashbit LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after your payment has gone through. Tosh Dash is built in small batches; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Shipping

We ship with DHL from Germany to the countries offered at checkout. Typical delivery times are 1–3 business days within Germany, 3–8 business days within Europe and 6–14 business days to the USA and Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the USA and Canada — your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

6. All sales are final

Tosh Dash is built in small batches, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. The details, including cancellations, customs and delivery, are in our Returns, Refunds & Shipping policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Damaged or defective items

We guarantee that your Tosh Dash works when it arrives. If it does not, tell us within 14 days of delivery. What is covered, what is not, and how we handle claims is set out in our Warranty Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Safe use

• Tosh Dash is an accessory for hobbyists who build and maintain their own electric vehicles. It is not a certified safety device and must not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.
• Install it only if you understand your VESC and its wiring. Incorrect wiring can damage the display, the controller or the vehicle.
• Displayed values such as speed, power and battery level are indications and may be inaccurate. Features that change controller settings, such as gear limits, are used at your own risk.
• Keep your eyes on the road. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in line with the laws where you ride.

9. Firmware

Tosh Dash ships with firmware preinstalled. We may offer updates but are not obliged to. Installing firmware that does not come from us is at your own risk; defects caused by it are not covered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to your vehicle, controller or battery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
